Develop timeline specific to your day and vision
Vendor contact to ensure a smooth timeline and proper delivery and service
Serve as vendor “go-to” on wedding day for questions or problems
Manage wedding party
Check for necessary items for ceremony are in place (i.e. microphones, special tradition items, unity items)
Oversee processional
Oversee ceremony decor (i.e. bows, flower, candles, etc. are in place)
Oversee reception decor
Ensure the cake table is stocked with supplies
Coordinate entertainment and announcements during reception
Oversee clean-up of reception venue *Please note that clean-up services will need to be arranged if not included with your venue.
Work with event staff to ensure trash is removed
Coordinate payment of vendors if need on day of wedding
Final inspection on bridal suite and groom’s suite for forgotten items
Work with you to ensure you have to best day possible!
